£10mil of the £70 is for local work, the rest is local authority or national initiatives. Emphasis is on joined up efforts as opposed to lots of tiny things. Using a common example we are seeing in TSRF, a community café converting into a takeaway/delivery service would only get funded if they were either the only thing in the area or joined up with others in their local area. Also keep an eye on page 3 at who it is targeting getting food to.
