CEMVO Scotland was set up in April 2003, with the aim of building the capacity of Scotland's minority ethnic voluntary and community sector. CEMVO Scotland is a strategic partner of the Scottish Government with a network of over 600 ethnic minority voluntary sector organisations and community groups throughout the country.
