- To give attendees a high-level understanding of the main Quality standards applicable in the UK today, e.g., Investors in People, Customer Service Excellence, Balanced Scorecard, ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, Learn Six Sigma
- To show attendees how these Standards relate to the EFQM model and how they can be used together to drive improvements in your organisation

The workshop is intended for those who have already attended a Quality Management Workshop, and/or are already using EFQM in their organisation.
